This park is clean and well maintained and the amenities are very good. However, if you are a dog owner, be advised they are not pet friendly. Their "grass" is astro turf. Therefore they don't want your pet peeing or pooping on the "grass". They require that you only use the pet area: walk your pet there and then immediately back to your rig. That was much less than optimum, but I can deal with that. What really aggravated me is the fact that they have limited spaces for people traveling with pets. You will be stuck at the very front (near the office) or the very back of the park (where there is construction going on). Both of these areas are the two noisiest areas in the park. I feel that is a very unhospitable attitude. I will definitely not be staying here again.

This is a beautiful well maintained park, with great views. I would have given it a 10, except for two things: -the water pressure is terrible - the Wi-Fi rarely works.

The web site makes the park seem nice. I was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. There are lots of long term residents and some sites are very trashy. All of the sites are dirt and the small amount of grass is mostly dead. The only plus is that it is only a short distance from Ashland. We definitely won't stay here again.
